When-A-Good-God-Allows-Rape-for-webBy Edwin D. Arceo

What Satan meant for harm, God used for good. God’s grace transformed pain, emotional distress, and suffering into a vibrant, purposeful, and rich life. Refusing to hide behind the dark memories that wanted to hold her captive, Joy Tan-Chi Mendoza shares her story, helping her readers towards strength, encouragement, and the healing of sexual trauma and abuse.

Joy was abused when she was just a teenager right in her own home. I can only imagine the trauma that she and her family went through, especially her father, Peter Tan-Chi, who is a minister at Christ’s Commission Fellowship. Her life story was even featured as a Holy Week special by CBN Asia’s Tanikala. Feedback from social media from people who were able to watch was overwhelming! So many were awed and inspired at how she was able to overcome this trial.

Buy the book and you’ll be able to read in detail how she overcame the many obstacles, self-imposed or otherwise, that she had to go through.

When a Good God Allows Rape is now available for 100.00 pesos in most bookstores and online at omflit.com. You can also download from Buqo on iOS and Android.

You can also watch the testimony of Joy on video at this link to the CBN Asia Media Center:  http://cbnasia.org/mediacenter/2012/10/24/when-bad-things-happen-to-good-people/
