Kontento ka na ba sa kaperahan mo_Front Cover_article_image_forwebAfter identifying the kind of “Moneyger” you are and knowing the Power of Systematic Investment, it is now time for us to discuss the 10 Steps to Unleash the Highest Potential of Your Money.

These are simple and doable steps that even you can easily and immediately apply. Simulan na natin!

The first step is to know where your money is coming from. Saan nga ba nanggagaling ang pera natin? The most common answer would be salary. However, a better answer than that is income! “Eh, sir, di ‘ba pareho lang ‘yun?” You’d probably ask. Well, in case you don’t know, salary is just part of your income. Salary is “sweldo” while income is “kita.” Aside from your salary, what other sources of income do you have? This could come from your business, investments and more.

Now let me give you a better definition of income.

Income is determined by the amount of problems you are willing to solve for others.

Find out how many problems you are solving for others. Let me give you a scenario: Why do you think you were hired by your company? The primary reason was because your company had a problem and the person who hired you thought you were the right person who could solve that problem!

Since you are able and capable to solve the problems of the company you work for, you then, have an income! While there is a problem at work, may suweldo ka.

Again, each time you encounter problems at work, be happy because, may trabaho ka pa!

So, from now on, when you face a challenge at work, stop feeling negative. Huwag malulungkot! If you don’t have a job, you definitely don’t have salary. Again, each time you encounter problems at work, be happy because, may trabaho ka pa!

Are all employees receiving the same amount of income or salary? Definitely not! This is simply because the seriousness and weight of the problems we solve within our respective companies vary. The bigger the problem you solve, the higher salary you receive.

To make this happen, welcome and appreciate additional and more problems that you’re giving solutions in your company! Aren’t you wondering why for so many years of working, you haven’t had any salary adjustment yet? Simply because, the problem you’re solving is the same problem you started to solve since the day you got hired. Eh, hindi nga tataas ang sweldo mo!

Look for other issues, concerns and problems that you could give solutions to, in order to help both your boss and your company. From this day on, change your attitude towards the problem. Don’t fear problems. Add more, so you’ll have more work to do!

What’s my point?  “Do you have something that your boss could possibly need?” Mayroon ba?  You may be asking me “How?” Well, you need to study!  Assure yourself that you will excel! Again, how? By studying! Aral, aral, aral! Get out of your comfort zone! Meaning, you have to learn about the tasks that are even beyond your work scope and expertise because if you do, there may come a time when that specific task you just studied may be assigned to you. This means too that you have something that others don’t; that’s why you are being tasked to do it.

Now, I want you to analyze your income and expenses. (You can use an ordinary paper or you can accomplish the detailed form included in our book entitled “Kontento Ka na Ba Sa KaPERAhan Mo?” – Unleash the Highest Potential of Your Money Book 1). Please list down all sources of your income such as your salary, commissions, sidelines, business and other sources that should be included in the list. If you are married, include your spouse’s income and get your combined total income.

To unleash the highest potential of your money, it is important that you know how much money is coming in to your family income every month.

You cannot manage what you do not know!

Next time, you’ll know more about how to manage your finances well. I will also give you the next step to unleash the highest potential of your money.
