I just finished studying about mushroom cultivation. While studying it, some leadership secrets were revealed.

As a leader, may I ask you what is uniquely yours?

The first leadership secret revealed was that fact that mushrooms are fungi. As such, they are neither animals nor plants. It has a special biological kingdom by itself! Leaders could be described as such, they have a Kingdom by themselves. Leaders would be able to influence others because of a unique set of characteristics, traits and attitudes that sometimes could not be seen in others totally. The combination of a lot of these traits are placed into good use to be one of the best solutions to problems besetting others. This makes their uniqueness significant. This uniqueness makes them influence others better. Uniqueness charms its way into the hearts of the people and that makes it easier for the leader to lead.

A unique idea, a unique solution, a unique imagination, a unique paradigm.

As a leader, may I ask you, what is uniquely yours?

How have you used your uniqueness to influence others?

Is uniqueness vital in the way your life is run?

More questions to come as more Leadership secrets are revealed…
